For over a decade Manjula and Reuben have run retreats. It’s their passion to create magic – experiences where memories are made, dream seeds are planted and friendships are forged.

A retreat is a true act of self-care.  Taking time out to rebalance, recharge and spend time just being rather than doing.

Each retreat Manjula and Reuben create is a unique and special experience.  They weave together yoga, meditation, breathwork, gong baths, nature connection, delicious food and plenty of laughter.

Exmoor is a wild and stunning location, with its remote and majestic moorlands, spectacular coastline, fast flowing streams and wooded valleys.

Holworthy Farm is in a stunning location overlooking Wimbleball Lake. The views from the farm and purpose-built yoga studio are breath-taking.

​

During the retreat we will be connecting to the fluidity and grace of the element of water. The retreat will include beautiful Flow Yoga classes, Restorative Yoga, Gong Baths, Foraging Walk, Story Telling, Water Blessing, Meditation and Breathwork.

Our host Gillian has created a truly nurturing space where you can rests and recharge and her delicious home cooking is a treat for all the senses!

Last year we ran a most incredible retreat at Croydon House and they are memories we will always cherish. We are excited to announce that we have a date confirmed for the November for another extraordinary weekend. 

We will have more details about this coming out very soon but guaranteed this retreat will weave together some absolute magic including – Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, Breathwork, Gong Baths, Storytelling, Special Guests and more culinary genius from Reuben!

Bespoke Retreats

In addition to our regular retreats we also run bespoke retreats.  These offer the opportunity for you to create a retreat that is custom-made for your needs. You can chose what you would like to be incorporated into your retreat. Options include – Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, Breathwork, Gong Baths, Herb Workshops, Foraging, Walking, Garden Visits, Wild Swimming, Shamanic & Drumming Workshops, Therapies. You can also decide whether or not you would like meals included in your retreat.
