For over a decade Manjula and Reuben have run retreats. It’s their passion to create magic – experiences where memories are made, dream seeds are planted and friendships are forged.
A retreat is a true act of self-care. Taking time out to rebalance, recharge and spend time just being rather than doing.
Each retreat Manjula and Reuben create is a unique and special experience. They weave together yoga, meditation, breathwork, gong baths, nature connection, delicious food and plenty of laughter.
Exmoor is a wild and stunning location, with its remote and majestic moorlands, spectacular coastline, fast flowing streams and wooded valleys.

Friday 14th - Sunday 16th November 2025
Croydon House is a stunning venue with far reaching views down to the Bristol channel.
During the retreat we will be connecting to the stars above and the stars within! The retreat will include beautiful Flow Yoga classes, Herbal Wisdom Workshop, Restorative Yoga, Gong Baths, Meditation and Breathwork.
Reuben will once again be cooking up a creative, culinary feast of vegetarian meals to delight your taste buds.
Price: £395 - based on a shared room – full board
A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. Final payment due by 1st September 2025.

Bespoke Retreats
In addition to our regular retreats we also run bespoke retreats. These offer the opportunity for you to create a retreat that is custom-made for your needs. You can chose what you would like to be incorporated into your retreat. Options include – Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, Breathwork, Gong Baths, Herb Workshops, Foraging, Walking, Garden Visits, Wild Swimming, Shamanic & Drumming Workshops, Therapies. You can also decide whether or not you would like meals included in your retreat.
